Compact beam

The requirement was a very compact radiation beam for an RFID application that is widely rolled out. The customer is extremely satisfied and that is what we do it for. The picture below shows the development of such an antenna. Jan ten Thije: "It is the application of the formulas from the standard work 'Antenne Buch' in combination with experience and creativity." And it's great that we have an anechoic measurement room so we can do a pure measurement and produce a radiation diagram that is exactly the same as for the EMC certification. So we get it right the first time and therefore have a fast time-to-market.

Antenne Specialisation

In all our projects, the antenna has been part of the design from the beginning. The influence of electronics, embedded software and especially the housing is large, so you have to take it into account right from the start. We often don't see optimal antenna operation in equipment, because the antenna is only added in the late(er) phase. Adjustments to the design and sometimes even a complete redesign is then necessary with all costs and a later time-to-market.

Wireless Networking
