Hoorn Antenna

We've got him: the horn antenna that's been on our wish list for a long time. Unique to this antenna is the very wide frequency range from 1 to 18 Ghz. Ideal for EMC analysis to measure radiated emissions for certification. Think of remote controls and electronic door locks. Actually everything with an RF transceiver because the ETSI standard requires measurement up to 6 GHz. And FCC regulation even up to 10GHz. For 5G we can also do measurements. As well as measuring e.g. emission of (own) WiFi and Bluetooth designs.

The fact that we can now perform measurements ourselves in that extreme frequency range saves us a lot of time1: after all, we don't have to organise the measurements externally.
